Adam Cincoski has an extensive background in optimizing contact centers operations for over 15 years. He has been a published writer and featured speaker on workforce management practices. Adam has managed contact centers in the United States as well as launching and managing a multi-lingual center in Amsterdam, Holland. He has also provided consultative services to over 200 contact centers in the US, Canada and Australia.
At Carlson Companies as Director of Workforce Management, he led the implementation of the software solution and the ongoing operation of workforce management practices in 2 divisions and 6 contact centers where he received 2 awards for innovative workforce practices from one of the major software providers. His team was also instrumental in 2 centers being certified as compliant with the rigorous COPC-2000® standards for workforce management. Adam has also served as the Director of Workforce Management for a fortune 50 company maximizing the performance of more than 20 contact centers and 2,000 clinical frontline resources.
With a background in telecommunications consulting, Adam has brought cost savings and sales maximizing solutions to completion by developing innovative approaches to call routing strategies, analytic reporting packages and speech recognition IVR designs. |
